Tasnia Jasim (she/her) is a Staff Writer. Tasnia joined The Survey in hopes of being able to compile and express her insight to more people through writing, helping to get more Brooklyn Tech news to more students while doing so. Some publications she can be found reading include The New York Times and local publications such as The Rockaway Times or The Wave. Tasnia’s future goals include becoming a software engineer or a researcher. Her free time includes her reading time, which tends to include various genres. Alongside reading, she enjoys drawing. Tasnia’s favorite book is “The Girl Who Drank the Moon” from when she was younger, fueling her love for reading fantasy.
