Ava Dobran (she/her) is a Staff Writer for The Survey. She joined the publication in her sophomore year to improve her journalistic writing skills and contribute to her school community through reporting. Ava is an avid reader of The New York Times and The Washington Post. While she is still uncertain about her future career path, she is passionate about pursuing a field related to legal justice. Her favorite books include The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger and The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath.
